There is a £15 booking fee to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable but redeemable against any purchase. Want to share the experience with your best friend? Check out our BFF Appointment Package for just £25! This special package allows you and your bestie to shop together, with space for two additional guests. Plus, we’ve got your back when it comes to Prom night exclusivity—we don’t sell the same style or colour of dress to individuals attending the same school, ensuring your look is one-of-a-kind. Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a £15 booking fee. Please note that this fee is non-refundable but can be redeemed against any purchase with us. We understand that plans may change, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without informing us, we may need to cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
