A £15 non-refundable booking fee secures your spot and can be redeemed against a dress purchased with us. We can’t wait to welcome you! ✨
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a £15 booking fee. Please note that this fee is non-refundable but can be redeemed against a dress purchased with us. We understand that plans may change, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without informing us, we may need to cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
