We understand that choosing your dream wedding dress can be a daunting thought and you may have a lot of questions on your mind. Whether this is your first time trying on wedding, party or prom dresses or you have been to other boutiques, our aim is to help you find your Forever Dreams Dress!

What are your opening hours?We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am until 4pm and on request, can offer late night appointments. We are closed on Monday and Sunday.

Do you offer late night appointments?Yes, we can absolutely offer late night appointments! We understand that planning your special day can be challenging with a busy schedule, so we're happy to accommodate evening visits. Please contact us to arrange a time that suits you best.

Where is the closest car park?Gaol Street car park in Hereford City Centre is the closest car park to our Bridal & Prom Boutique. It is an approximate 1 - 2 minute walk away. This car park accepts card and cash payments. The postcode is HR1 2HU.

What sizes do you carry?We specialise in wedding dresses from a UK size 14 - 34. Some dresses can be ordered in up to a UK size 36. Our Prom, Party & Bridesmaid dresses range from sizes 0 to 34, whilst our Flower Girl dresses range from ages 1 - 14.

What is your price range?Our Wedding dresses range from £1000 - £2000, with the average price being approximately £1500. Our Prom, Party & Bridesmaid dresses range from £100 to £300, whilst our Flower Girl dresses range from £100 to £300.

What kind of dresses do you have?We stock a wonderful range of Wedding dresses, Bridesmaid & Flower Girl dresses and dresses suitable for Prom, Cruises, Balls, Christmas Parties & Evening Dos.

Do you buy and/or sell second hand dresses?Unfortunately, we do not buy or sell second hand dresses. All of our gowns are brand-new ensuring the highest quality and experience for our brides and their parties.

Do you offer dresses for hire?Unfortunately, we do not offer dresses for hire. All of the dresses in our boutique are for purchase only.

When should I start looking for my wedding dress?We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find your dream dress. We suggest beginning 12 - 18 months before your wedding day. Dresses normally take 4 - 5 months to order in and then you will need to allow time for any alterations to be completed.

I have less than a year until my wedding, what should I do?Don't worry if you have less than a year to find your wedding dress. We have a wide range of wedding dresses that you can buy "off the rail". We still recommend allowing as much time as possible as chances are that your dress will need alterations.

What happens if I lose weight?If you are on a weight loss journey we can discuss the option of measuring you at a later date, but still allowing time for us to order your dress in and for it to arrive in time for your wedding day. Don't worry if you lose weight as we will still be able to alter your dress to fit you perfectly.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on dresses?Yes, booking an appointment ensures you receive dedicated one-on-one attention from our specialised team. You can book an appointment directly on our website here

How long is an appointment?Our bridal appointments typically last around 1.5 hours, giving you ample time to explore and try on your favourite dresses. Our Prom, Party, Bridesmaid & Flower Girl Appointments last 1 hour.

What should I bring to my appointment?We recommend bringing any nude coloured undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear on your big day. You may wish to wear a nude bra but know that our dresses are designed to offer you full support. Bring any shoes along and a hair tie so that you can see all aspects of the dresses. Feel free to bring inspiration photos, and don't forget a trusted friend or family member for support.

Can I bring guests to my appointment? If so, how many?Yes, you can bring guests to share your special moment! We recommend bringing 3 close friends or family to watch the fitting process.

Can I bring children to my appointment?If possible we suggest not bringing children along to your appointment as we want all the focus to be on you. However we know that getting married is all about family and so children are more than welcome to come along to your appointment.

How many dresses can I try on during my appointment?We know that it can be overwhelming so we suggest starting with 4 dresses. Once we have worked out what style you like we will be able to suggest other options for you to try to help you make your decision.

What accessories do you stock that will compliment my wedding dress?We have a beautiful range of veils, tiaras, belts and jewellery that will compliment any style or wedding theme. Please bring images along to your appointment if you have something extra special in mind as our stockists have a wide range of accessories that we can order in especially for you.

Can I book an accessories appointment even if I've already purchased my wedding dress?Yes! If you've already found your dream dress and are wanting to find a beautiful selection of accessories to complement it, then we can help. Our 45 minutes accessories appointment allows you to explore our wide range of veils, belts, tiaras and jewellery. You can book an accessories appointment directly on our website here.

I said "Yes" to my Forever Dreams Wedding Dress...What happens next?If we are ordering your wedding dress we will take your measurements to be able to order the correct size for you. Once your dress arrives, we will arrange your Final Fitting & Alterations Appointments. Once everything has been completed, we will arrange your Collections Appointment.

Are you able to store my wedding dress?Yes, we are able to store your dress safe and securely before your wedding day for just £20 per month.

How do I pay for my Forever Dreams Dress?We require full payment upfront for our Prom, Party, Bridesmaid and Flower Girl dresses. We require full payment upfront for our "Off the Rail" dresses, veils, belts, tiaras and jewellery. We require a 50% Deposit paid upfront for wedding dress orders with the balance being paid once your dress arrives and during your Final Fitting. We accept card payments and bank transfers, unfortunately we do not take cash.

Can you do the alterations to my Forever Dreams Dress?Yes, we are able to complete alterations to your wedding dress in house. We can also complete alterations to any of our prom/party, bridesmaid and flower girl dresses purchased from our boutique.

How much do bridal alterations cost?Alterations are not included in our wedding dress pricing and are charged separately. They can cost anything from £100 to £500 depending on what is needed plus any individual changes such as adding sleeves. On average our brides spend £250 on alterations.
